THOUGHT FOR YOU, so that you can rest, get to know our apartments in the center of Madrid. We are located in a quiet and safe area. Very close to Plaza de España (metro station at 200m from our apartments), Callao, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace and many other sites of tourist interest. 

The apartments are fully equipped; full kitchen, sheets and towels, hand soap and shower, highest quality 150x190cm bed, WIFI and Smart TV.

Space

The building is located on 15 Leganitos Street, next to a Police Station.

The building has an entrance hall and a doorman who can help you with whatever you need. His hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Entrance to the building with code (this will be provided on the day of arrival) It has 2 elevators, the one on the right will take you to the sixth floor.; Garbage room on floor -1. 

All apartments have an approximate size of about 45 square meters with double windows facing the outside, all have air conditioning and heating and are very bright.
